Mario's Bath
The renovation focused exclusively on the bathroom. A compact, well-defined space was reimagined as a small, self-contained architectural volume, free of visual interruptions, organized along a single equipped wall.
Location: Monza. Italia
The wall, floor and niches are all shaped in resin. A single material envelops the volumes, unifies them and adds depth, transforming the bathroom into a continuous, tactile shell.
The hand-applied surface creates a subtle texture that brings movement even to the most compact parts of the space.
The result is an original, uninterrupted architectural surface.
One color for the walls, another for the floor, both warm and enveloping.
The resin walls take on different shades depending on the time of day and the viewer’s perspective: softer near the washbasin, deeper toward the shower.
Integrated lighting defines the geometry, adds depth, and highlights the texture of the material.
Washbasin, sanitary fixtures, and the flush shower tray fit into this continuity as contrasting decorative elements against the resin surface.
The wall-mounted wooden cabinet meets the need for storage. Illuminated niches define the entire wall, while faucets and heated towel rails complete the design with clean lines and refined finishes.
In just a few square meters, the bathroom feels compact, yet perceptually spacious.
