Emanuele Montanelli is an Architect and Designer based in Milan, where he was born (although he doesn’t remember when). He would much rather live by the sea, as long as the weather is always wonderful and the wind perfect for sailing year-round.
His team includes Architects, Designers, Engineers, Surveyors, Geologists, and other professionals who share his passion.
He designs buildings for residential, work, commercial, and educational purposes: single-family homes, apartments, exhibition spaces, offices, and every other type of living space. He also designs furniture and home objects for Italian and international companies.
Throughout his career, he has designed more than two hundred buildings in various Italian and international cities, including Chicago, New York, Dubai, Moscow, Frankfurt, Lausanne, Cannes, and Monte Carlo; yet he is still in search of his most beautiful project.
He provides consultancy services for companies in the sector and writes about architecture and design for specialized magazines. His clients include institutions, businesses, corporations, and private individuals.
Whether we are designing a home, renovating a building or an apartment, or even creating furniture or an object intended for industrial mass production, our approach remains the same: at the heart of everything we do is always the Client.
We believe that the key ingredient to a successful project is empathy. That’s why we strive to apply it from the very beginning, so we can understand and interpret our client’s needs, desires, and expectations, and build a solid relationship with them.
Our mission and goal are to guide them through every phase of the project and its execution, leaving nothing to chance. They should be able to focus on their important role, while we take care of everything else.
When I’m not out at sea sailing, you can find me at my studio in Via Lombardini 10, Milan, or on a construction site overseeing the work, or in a workshop checking a prototype, or in a showroom selecting a product.
