CLAIDER HEADQUARTER
The project involved the interior renovation of the operational headquarters of a major insurance company, located on the ground and basement floors of a historic building in a central area of Milan.
The goal was to create a modern, functional space that feels as welcoming as a home. The intervention included the use of large glass partitions to divide the spaces, maximizing natural light and fostering a bright, inviting work environment.
The basement was transformed into a versatile area, featuring fully equipped meeting rooms and coworking spaces. The use of natural and eco-sustainable materials reflects our ongoing design commitment, with the Teylor method and philosophy applied throughout many details of the project.

Great attention was given to artificial lighting, alternating soft lighting with strategically placed light points, and using lights that change color depending on the time of day, following the principles of visual comfort. Dedicated relaxation areas were created to bring a sense of well-being into the workspace.
This project not only optimizes the existing spaces, but also promotes a new concept of work, focused on well-being, enhancing office life, encouraging social interaction, and ultimately fostering greater productivity and mutual satisfaction.
